
Actor Penn Dayton Badgley was born in the United States on November 1, 1986. He is well-known for playing Dan Humphrey in the adolescent drama Gossip Girl on The CW from 2007 to 2012 and Joe Goldberg in the thriller You on Netflix (2018–present).
